A Strategic, Inspirational Lion-Otter

As many of my peers are in Leadership I filling out their own personality evaluations, I thought it would be interesting to post all of my personal assessment results. Sadly, a bachelor's in MGMT (not to be confused with MGMT) means I was schooled in many personality tests. So without further ado...this is me in a box.

Animal-Type: Lion-Otter
Explanation: I am practical, productive, and decisive while leading compassionately. However, I can be cold, narrow-minded and often love cuddling with zoo keepers.

DISC: D - InspirationalExplanation: I accept aggression and downplay my need for affection. I act as a people mover looking to accomplish goals and tasks but at times I use intimidation (my pulsating pectorals) to influence. I am generally well liked by my co-workers but invite jealousy by my confidence.

Keirsey Temperament Sorter: Mastermind
Explanation: Do you need an explanation for that? If I gave you an explanation I am pretty certain you wouldn't understand it. My mind has too much mastery. Or perhaps I have just mastered your mind. Or what if I am the master of the mind. Or does my mind master all other minds through the mastery of my own mind. Confused aren't you. I'm not. Mind mastery.

Myers Briggs: INTJ
Explanation: Only 2.3% of the US Population is INTJ. Other INTJs include Casear Augustus, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Thomas Jefferson, Isaac Newton, Susan B. Anthony, C.S. Lewis, aaaaaand GEORGE LUCAS! Who knew that my personality type lends itself to interest in the intergalactic battle surrounding Tatooine and the Dark Sith Lords!

Strength's Finder: Strategic, Focus, Relator, Achiever
Explanation: My top strength, "strategic", describes that I am always creating alternative ways to proceed. I am constantly finding relevant patterns and issues to a given situation and I use these patterns to make sense and move forward. That coupled with my "focus" and "relator" means that you and I need to sit down and talk for 7 hours so that I can figure you out. Not really. But really.

Have you people taken these things? Tell us how you scored...or just make something up.

I am also an otter-lion. But in everything else I was the trait that says "enjoys creating problems". Whatever that is
