Seattle Cliche: Tulip Festival

My wife and I travel a lot. One of the things we have noticed over the last few years is that we don’t travel to see places, we travel to see people. Whether it is a vacation with others or a vacation to see others, we are traveling with the person(s) in mind rather than the destination.

This often means that we do not spend as much time doing the touristy-photo-snapping-site-seeing.

Thus, as Taryn and I’s time in Seattle rapidly moves toward its conclusion, we want to make sure that we do all of the cliché Seattle touristy-photo-snapping-site-seeing.

We began with a trip to Northern Washington and the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival.

Enjoy my cliche floral photography.

Seattlites and those who have visited Seattle...what other cliches must we partake in?
